NEST Privacy Policy

NEST processes and retains personal information within the agreed-upon period for the collection and use of personal information obtained from data subjects or within the period specified by law. If the purpose of collecting and using personal information is not achieved, the information is destroyed within 14 days.

① When personal information becomes unnecessary due to the expiration of the retention period or achievement of the processing purpose, NEST promptly destroys the relevant personal information.
② NEST destroys personal information using the following methods:
Electronic files: deletion of files and formatting of storage media such as disks
Handwritten documents: shredding or incineration
8. Installation, Operation, and Refusal of Personal Information Automatic Collection Devices
① NEST uses 'cookies' to store and retrieve usage information periodically in order to provide individualized customized services to users.
